Purpose. Study on the processes contributing to formation of pyrite-polymetallic mineralization in Rudny Altai, development recommendations for directions further research. Methodology. Analysis literature and fund materials, field studies within known ore fields deposits, sampling laboratory studies: spectral analysis, chemical composition host rocks (ISP-MS Agilent 7500cx), study mineral main types (JSM 6390LV)). Findings. A model genetically related Devonian basalt-andesite-rhyolite Early Hercynian riftogenic volcanism (D1e-D3fr) was developed. Originality. The spatial confinement a number industrial areas sulfide near-ore-hydrothermally altered pinching out inter- sub-stratal subvolcanic porphyries Middle Upper overlying porphyrites, creating kind ore-magmatic systems (OMS), has been established. Practical value. new stage deep geological territory Altai promising ore-bearing structures with introduction modern methods mineragenic mapping is recommended.
